They have a elastic band that you can tighten to fit the width of your thighs. Too tight will leave a mark for an hour-ish. Overall they are fine and function as a garter.

I love how comfortably they sit on my thighs! They hold your socks pretty nicely too so there’s no chance they can fall off due to how good the clips hold them. They can be adjusted very easily and can stretch a good amount. They are sooo adorable and I can’t wait to show them off!
