Refund policy

Domestic Returns

We offer 14-day returns on eligible domestic orders.

Choose ToeBeanies Store Credit: Enjoy free returns and receive the full value of your eligible return as store credit.
Choose a Refund: If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a $6 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging (when possible).

International orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets our return eligibility requirements.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with the return.

Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

The following items are not eligible for return:

Build-A-Beanie, Make-A-Mitten custom products, as each item is made to your unique specifications.
Items marked Final Sale.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We'll make it right by providing a replacement or issuing a full refund, and we'll cover the cost of return shipping when applicable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund or issue your ToeBeanies Store Credit.

Refunds to the original payment method may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
