They have a elastic band that you can tighten to fit the width of your thighs. Too tight will leave a mark for an hour-ish. Overall they are fine and function as a garter.

Altough I found out I didn't really need them, since the stockings hold up on their own just fine, they do complete the look. That, and they just look really good. I could see myselfs using these more often! <3

They’re super cute but the metal paw digs in to your skin a little but if you loosen them so it doesn’t then the garter is too loose to stay up.
